Malayan Banking Bhd v Mohd Affandi bin Ahmad & Anor

The Federal Court judgment explicitly acknowledged Yeow & Salleh's role in handling the  documentation and noted our firm's due diligence, as outlined below:
 

"To ensure that the lands could be validly charged and the term loan could be disbursed to D3, Messrs Yeow & Salleh was appointed to handle the loan documentation and the creation of the charge over the lands.
